Endonasal approach (no external scar) and osteotomy are undertaken to medialize the classic C-shaped nose. By virtue of this surgical maneuver the symmetry of both nostrils is improved because the nose and septum is straightened.

I came to Dr.Mao’s for liquid rhinoplasty and walked away extremely happy and satisfied with the results. Dr. Mao's physician's assistant Arrisa performed the injections with precision and she did an amazing job and I couldn’t be any happier. The before and after photos speak for themselves. She gave me a bridge and a more defined nose where before, it was wider and I always struggled to keep my glasses on. With my new nose came a slimmer face even tho none were injected in my cheeks.
